Simon Duhamel was commissioned to shoot the 2010 Grafika contest ad currently featured in the latest issue of Grafika Magazine. This installation was created by designer Karim Charlebois-Zariffa and was built over a period of two days, using wooden beads as raw material. Two images were produced, the print ad as well as the trophee design.

Simon Duhamel and Sylvain Dumais shot together the video for Toronto rock band Spiral Beach. Produced by Sparks, animation will be overlayed to the video to create an underworld environment in which the band and lead signer will be performing. The video was entirely shot with Canon 5D Mark II cameras and Simon took the time to create some eerie scenes of the video as the one seen above.

Stop Motion Animation co-directed by Eve Duhamel and Julien Vallee and photographed by Simon Duhamel. This piece was produced as a videoclip proposition for the song Tar Heart of Swedish band Zeitgheist. Produced over a week, it features paper sculptures on rotating platforms with sychronized animated projections.

Simon Duhamel was commissioned to produce animation sequences for a Game for rock band Les Trois Accords. The Game was produced by Motion in Design, programed by Daniel Iregui and designed by art director Sébastien Leblanc.

Maxyme G. Delisle was honored with a 2009 LUX Grand Prize for his editorial piece on Handsome Furs published in Nightlife Magazine. A second project, Fiscal Year, also commissioned by Nightlife Magazine was featured in the same category. The winning pieces are published in the current issue of Grafika now availaable in stores.

On October 15th, Made of Stills will be hosting the first SLIDELUCK POTSHOW event to be held in Montreal. The concept is simple. The work of 40 selected artists is projected along with a song of their choice while guests join conversation and enjoy the show while sharing food!
