Hi all! Here’s a little preview of what coming up for the may edition of Nightlife.

Simon Duhamel was commissioned by Sid Lee to create in collaboration with VisualBox a series of visuals for SAQ. The rest of the series will be coming out throughout summer and until the month of August. To create these intricate composition, a team of prop, food and beer stylists joined the team and multiple shoots were necessary to collect all the different elements that would be composited to build up the images. All you see here is real!

A couple weeks ago, Made of Stills held an open studio day to help raise funds for Afri-Kali, an organisation that implements helpful projects in Mali.
It was indeed a very busy day with an unusual crowd in our working space!
Even if some had less fun than others, the event was a success, thanks to all those who contributed making it possible

AquaOvo gave Sylvain Dumais carte blanche to illustrate their eco friendly water filter Ovopur and Caviar, made in Montreal.
He wanted to playfully illustrate the idea of fresh, pure water using a paper made set, complimenting the Ovopur’s neat and immaculate ceramic.

Simon Duhamel was commissioned by Sid Lee to shoot the spring campaign for SAQ. The concept was to illustrate the different flavor pastilles in a lively three dimensional environment. Working closely in collaboration with Gabriel Carbonneau of VisualBox, they constructed these environment piece by piece, shooting hundreds of images that were integrated in post.
